Studio Policies & Etiquette

Cancellation Policy

All classes and private appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged for the session. If you are unable to cancel within these times or do not show up for your class or appointment, you will be charged for that session or have a session deducted from your account.

Please cancel your appointment through your online account or contact us at the studio: [email protected]. Apologies, there are no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding of this.


While walk-ins are welcome, pre-registration is strongly suggested as peak times fill quickly.

Waitlist Policy

  • If you are on the waitlist for a class, you will receive an automatic email as soon as a spot opens up. Please respond to confirm your attendance, or let us know if you cannot attend.
  • We send out automated emails notifying you if you get into class, so to make sure our notes don’t get filtered by spam folders add us to your Safe Sender list.


  • Payment is due before or on the same day of a session or class. We accept cash, check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • All sales are final - We do not offer refunds.
  • Please check the expiration dates of your classes and sessions before purchasing and plan accordingly. We can’t reinstate expired packages and we do not offer extensions.

Studio Policies

  • Please arrive on time. If there is a waitlist and you are more than 10 minutes late, your spot will be forfeited.
  • On the rare occasion you come late, please enter class quietly and respectfully. For your own safety, we recommend not coming more than 15 minutes late to class.
  • No dogs or other pets in studio
  • While we love children, to maintain safety for all we ask that you do not bring your child to the studio.
  • We ask that you turn your cell phone to silent. If you have an important call, please take it outside the studio to be respectful of our other clients.
  • We provide cubbies for your belongings, but are not responsible for lost or missing items.
  • Instructors for group classes are subject to change without notice.
  • If an instructor will be out for your private appointment, you will be contacted to notify you of a substitute instructor or you can reschedule if that is your preference.
  • New Client Specials can only be purchased once and are one per customer.

Pregnancy Policy 

  • Clients who are past 20 weeks in their pregnancy must take either prenatal classes or private lessons for the remainder of their pregnancy.
  • If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend you to take a couple private lessons before joining group class to learn proper modifications for the safety of you and your baby.
